1) What’s your hometown?
Maoming, my hometown, is known for its abundance of tropical fruits, including bananas, lychees, longans, and more.
2) What kind of food do you like?
I have a diverse palate, and some of my favorite cuisines include Chinese delicacies like Hot Pot and Xinjiang BBQ, along with the vibrant flavors of Mexican tacos and the sizzle of Korean BBQ.
3) What do you do in your job in general?
I handle anything that involves suppliers – like sourcing, QC, sample inspections, verifying companies, negotiating prices, and getting shipments arranged.
4) Why do you enjoy sourcing?
My favorite part of sourcing is having numerous opportunities to explore new products and discover the connections and differences in the production processes.
5) What do you like most about working with IMEX?
What I appreciate most about IMEX is our problem-solving orientation. My colleagues consistently offer diverse ideas for addressing challenges in our daily work, which broadens my horizons. Additionally, I have wonderful colleagues here.
6) What do you do outside of work?
My life outside of work is quite diverse. I consider myself a sporty girl who enjoys adventure and is always open to trying new things. I have a passion for various sports, including bowling, surfing, and rock climbing. Exploring nature with friends or relaxing after a gym session is how I typically spend my weekends.
