As the only HR & Admin in the office, she wears many hats – from identifying and attracting top talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our new hires. Grace also streamlines processes and keeps our office running smoothly. Her ultimate goal is to create a dynamic work environment where everyone feels engaged and empowered to excel.

What do you enjoy most about your role at IMEX?
For me, the recruiting process is like solving a puzzle. I enjoy the challenge of understanding our company’s needs and finding the perfect piece to fit – a candidate who is highly skilled and a great cultural fit for IMEX.

What can employees do to make your job easier?
Keeping me informed is key! Whether it’s letting me know about changes in availability or asking questions about company policies, open communication helps me better support everyone at IMEX.

When you’re not at IMEX, what do you like to do?
When I’m not at IMEX, you can find me catching the latest tunes! Whether it’s the electrifying energy of a live house show or the diverse sounds at a music festival, I love immersing myself in the music world. On quieter days, I enjoy exploring trendy cafes and cozy bars, soaking up the atmosphere, and grabbing a delicious coffee or trying a new cocktail. To balance it all out, I’m also a fitness enthusiast. I hit the gym regularly for strength training sessions, and there’s nothing quite like the feeling of accomplishment after a good workout. Traveling is another passion of mine. I’m always looking for new places to explore, whether catching a movie in a different city or venturing overseas for a cultural adventure.
